We are an IT cy in Brussel (Belgium):

We paid 40€ to « Avanquest Software » for your software PHONE MANAGER 3 (french edition, 1 PC, time no limited).
We received the confirmation invoice with the « activation code ».
But PHONE MANAGER 3 refuses the code.
We contacted « Avanquest Software » and since 2 weeks they answerred that it is a bug in the code control but their team is working full time to try to solve it.
The commercial department of « Avanquest Software » explains that they are ready to reimburse us the 40€.And that we have to buy a new one but the price is now 80€!
We don’t like that: a accepted contrat is a contract.
